The band MADSAK consists of vocalist/bassist Matt Spain (born 6-17-89), drummer Andy Keech (born 10-30-89), and guitarist Daniel Adamson(born 2-20-91). Matt and Daniel originally formed MADSAK under the name of Sonic in late 1998. Sonic, in all honesty, wasn't a very good band. With "hits" such as Harleys Rock, Hondas Suck, Sonic was going nowhere, and it was getting there even faster without a drummer. In the year of 1999, Matt and Daniel joined up with their friend Andy to form MADSAK. Finally, they had a drummer and could seriously beginning writing, recording, and performing.
MADSAK has had two c.d. releases, Your Thoughts On The Rain Forest (2004) and The Sound of Thought Moving Lightspeed (2005) and is hoping to start recording their next album in early 2006. All c.d.'s include all original material, written and recorded by MADSAK, and were influenced by many different bands from Blink-182 to Avenged Sevenfold.
They have played many shows throughout towns in Nebraska, and have toured through Iowa and Missouri playing to mostly complete strangers. They line up all their own shows, and have made each show more succesful than the last. With the dream of someday finding a record deal, MADSAK will continue to write songs, and play to the people that love them.
