Shawshank Redemption is my favorite, Walk the line, Clockwork Orange and anything else thats Kubrick, Sandler and Farley movies, Old School and Anchorman, Sin City, Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill (number 1 is better, but 2 is still great!), The family guy movie, What about Bob, Christmas Vacation, The Big Lebowsky, Crash, Life is a House, and many many more
I'm just going to keep on pretending that I don't watch the stupid box, but if I did I would really like family guy, the simpsons, Aquateen Hunger force, and some other random shows.
just finished Dharma Bums...good read. A whole bunch of South African shit (Long Walk to Freedom)...mostly autobiographys and the such. Kurt Vonheget (again..Spelling? you figure it out), Things Fall Apart. cook books, the cliche catcher in the rye, most Poe, picture books, a whole bunch of academic sociology, polical shit, and econ (I know, it makes you want ta puke), Techno Rebels. I feel so under achieved writting this, I need to go back and look at my book shelf.
Not so sure about this. I remember when I was a kid I was always asked for role models and I never could come up with one. I guess my dad in some aspects. I really respect Richie Hawtin as both a musician and a business man. Many of the South African freedom fighters, and all those others around the world who are working towards equality for all. My mother in her work as a teacher. Anyone who can sit down and write a good book (I would like to do that some day, but I don't know if I'll ever have the patience or organization). whoever invented email! Most artists, and all musicians.
