What do you write about a state of mind more than a band per se? We lived together at various times, never all four but at least two (and usually three) of us. We talked more about the music than rehearsed it. We drank coffee and smoked cigarettes (normal and Craigslist's 420). We drank. The guys from West Point came down and partied with us (Clark, Grover, Dean Etc.).It was a good time.Our biggest show never was. I tried to scam us on to the bill at a private party being held by, for and at a performance art theater. Elliot Sharpe had a band playing there, Terraplane, they seemed a knock off of the Cowboy Junkies. Elliot may be a pretty good guitar player, but you can't tell by me. I thought Terraplane was the singular worst band I have ever seen. No, they weren't bad musicians, but what they played (and how they sounded) was utter garbage. Absolutely NO feeling at all in their music. Sorry Elliot, but you sucked that night. We'd have blown you off the stage.Alas, we weren't seen as "arty" enough. Wait, that isn't that bad, is it?I didn't think so. Scud (back on SINY)
