Shall We Dance? "Love Not Riots

About Me

The Stereoheads. Noun - An Indie-Pop-Rock band from Glasgow. Known for dancey beats and catchy melodies.
Now that you have the basics, It's time for some detail, maybe some slight history. There was once a band called The Black Hands who became The Stereoheads. Well that's the history :)
The Stereoheads in their current form of:
Mick 2.0 - Guitar + Vox
Mick 1.0 - Guitar + Backing Vox
Steve - Bass + Backing Vox
John - Drums + Backing Vox
has been together since early 2006, although the Micks and John had been in it for much longer (Mick 1.0 being the auld bassist) they needed their 4th member. After a few awful practices with one guitar, bass and drums, Mick 1.0 switched to guitar in an effort to write new material and find a bassist. They wrote for a while. They even recorded with just 3 members, with old bassist 1.0 doing the bass on the recorded tracks.
Then, after such a painful period without bass, the band found Steve. Well, they knew him, so after that long period the band asked Steve. Steve said "Aye. Sound".
We have since then Toured the UK, Headlined many of the Major venues in Glasgow and alot of great venues all over Scotland and The rest of the UK. We have an EP at the moment which there are no copies left, we went through a staggering 500 copies!

So with many a gig on the horizon, move yer booty to the beat at the venue nearest you, or even farthest from you. we'd love to see you guys at the shows.
