I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

I am a 39 year old mother of the two most amazing teens a mother could ever hope for! I am a kind, compassionate, warm hearted, giving person (sometimes almost to a "fault"). I am a firm believer in Karma, and "what goes around, comes around." Life is all about choices, and our outcome is based on the choices we make. Although I do not have "monetary" riches, the love that I have with my family and friends makes me one of the richest women alive. I choose to live my life in a positive manner, and surround myself with positive people as well. Negative energy can rob one of their health and happiness without even realizing it, until we sink into a downward spiral. I have done alot of "soul searching" and been working on inner-peace, and believe I am well on my way. I've always had the nagging head vs. heart conflict. Sometimes I will do things that hurt myself, in order to help others. That's a hard thing to separate, when your heart is giving.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

I love meeting new people! Although I consider myself outgoing, I am also quite shy and reserved at first impression. I'm not good with the initial "approach", so please don't mistate it for being "prudish" or "Stuck up". I am working on that aspect of my being though, as it has derived from a bout of low-self esteem and negative energies in my past.

Pennies are Plentiful

Soon to be gone

I'm not one to forward long emails, or lately even post blogs.  But being an Air Force veteran, this really touched me, and it's so true, the things we take for granted on a daily basis.  Pl...
