About Me

STREAM "The Afterbirth of Cool"Released for free over the internet in 2006, "The Afterbirth of Cool" remains freely available to stream, and I will make it available to download at request. Message me if you'd like a free copy of it. Pass it around at will. The album is currently not represented by any of the player tracks, and is comprised of experimental indie-electronica instrumentals.
Instruments I play: Bass, guitar, keyboards, drums + percussion, sequencing and programming, vocalz, and handclap ninja master.
Catfish Rivers has been involved in several cutting edge projects over the years, at times playing bass, guitar and occasional junk percussion in indie-prog bands to playing laptop based synthesizers and samplers with psychedelic art rock and indie-jazz type bandz. He makes music often and of a few different styles...why am I writing in the 3rd person about myself?!? I make music all the time, every free moment I have. The greatest joy I have is coming up with a new song to show all my friends...hope you like what I do.I have a new weekly radio show called "River's Edge" airing on Spirit Plants Radio over here===> SPIRIT PLANTS RADIOI'll always post a bulletin announcing the show's airtime each week. Hope to have some of you tune in and enjoy :)
