Born in Wyoming and got a young taste of country classics like Waylon Jennings, Tom T. Hall, and Glen Campbell, Gill spent most of his growing up years in Colorado. He started playing professionally in '92 on a national level with Holly Stannard Young, supporting her top 40's hot country single, "You the Man". During the mid 90's he toured the mid-west circuit with top rock acts out of Colorado. Moving to Austin in 98', recording, performing and producing became the tools to establish himself. He has had great success with many different acts in Austin and has established himself as a well respected, multi-talented musician. Practicing many different instruments through the years has made it easy for him to record his CD's by playing all the instrument tracks and bringing in special guitar greats such as Art Martinez. Having dabbled in acting in a major motion picture in '03, releasing his debut CD, "Restless Prime", in '04, and now releasing his second full length CD, "Midnight Wine", he stays very busy. His second release has that Texas campfire country sound with a lot of special guest artists like Micheal Ruben and Pat Sadler adding down home Texas-T to the big back beat.
