Thinking outside the box in an era of DIY supremacy, Wait til Friday has creatively merged the breach of indie and rock into a new age of alternative. Melodies reminiscent of 90s alt rock, and progressive/riff rocking guitars drive this new creation of an old idea--or as some call it, a Modern Rock Alternative.
In May 2007, the debut self-titled EP was released. The single from the EP, "Perfect Enemy" is currently in rotation on national radio stations such as DC101 (101.1FM), 93.5 The Beach (93.5FM), Locals Only Radio (internet), and DistortionRadio.com (internet). "Perfect Enemy" even found it's way onto network TV through QVC.
Wait til Friday has opened for many national acts including, Phantom Planet, The Bravery, The Whigs, Ying Yang Twins, Redwalls, and Ingram Hill, and is no newcomer to packed houses and large venue atmospheres, playing for crowds of up to 1000!
