It doesn't interest me what you do for a living, what is important is how you live your life. I want to know if you will risk looking like a fool for love and laugh about it at the end. I want to know what drives you and inspires you and that you are always reaching for your dreams and goals and through those accomplishments you have made a difference in your life as well as someone else's life. It doesn't interest me how old you are, what is important is that you can judge someone else by what is in their heart and not what is on the outside. What is important is the true essence of the person and the integrity that one possesses. It doesn't interest me where you live or how much money you make, what is important is if you lose that job and income whether you are weary, bruised, and full of despair, you will still have the resiliency and tenacity to do what it takes to feed your children. Where you live? It's a shame that some people limit love by miles for if love is true, no distance is relevant if you truly are meant to be. It doesn't interest me who you know or how you came to be where you are at, what is important is that your friends are genuine and will be there when it matters most. It doesn't matter where or what you studied, what is important is what sustains you from the inside when all else has been taken away. It doesn't matter if you been hurt, abandoned, divorced, what does matter is that you learned from previous mistakes and will not repeat those mistakes. Will you say, "that one thing is true, relationships come and go, but friends last a lifetime?"My philosophy on life is like the song lyrics "Life ain't always beautiful, but it's a beautiful ride." Sometimes life will throw you a few curve balls, you just have to learn how to swing at them and roll with the punches that life hands you. I try to live everyday to the fullest as if it were my last. With alot of things I've been through in my life, I've found that everything in this world, every person, serves a purpose or a reasoning.
Almost facing death and receiving a second chance at life has helped me to realize this and understand just how precious life really is and it could be gone within the blink of an eye. Guess you could say I don't take alot of things for granted in my life and I try to find meaning in everything I do. So...pursue your dreams and follow your heart; don't let fear stand in the way of something you want to do. If an opportunity presents itself, take it!! Sometimes you just have to jump and not worry so much about where you land. It's funny sometimes how you don't see something that's right in front of you most of your life until the timing is right;)
An amazing friend of mine once told me life is meant to be lived and what does not kill you makes you stronger...and that's what I'm doing...livin' each minute of it and experiencing all this world has to offer. I'm livin' life with no sense of time; not worrying about when things are going to happen and just enjoying the things that are happening. So live it up:) Keep this in mind..."We are on one path and it takes us through many turns of fate and fortune, pain and pleasure, loss and gain. It is a path that shapes us, that uncovers our fears, that tests our courage, and that leads us to this very moment. It is a sacred path of individuality and no one walks it but us..."Joshua 1:9 -it's all in your hands...
