Five Stone Canvas 1999-2009

Five Stone Canvas is a praise and worship band located in Dallas, Texas. The band formed in 1999 with the goal of one day being able to lead worship on a full time basis, sharing Christs love with students everywhere. After two years of planning, saving and purchasing all of their equipment, the goal became reality. In January 2001 the band started its journey not sure where God might lead them. Five Stone Canvas toured full time for 6.5 years and averaged close to 150 days of leading worship each year for students, adults and children in Texas and the surrounding states. The band had stopped touring in July of 2007, toured shortly again in 2009 and was laid to rest when lead singer Steve Arbanas accepted a full time position leading worship at Fellowship Baptist Church in Liberty Hill, Texas.
