Things are a little scary these days, but I try to still see he beauty in humanity. There are too many of us(please stop making babies), too many cars, too many suburbs, too many hormones in our food, too many chem trails in the sky, too much TV, too much trash, too much war, too many secrets, too much surveillance, too much wasted energy, too much materialism, too much consumption, too much greed, too much laziness and not enough knowledge, concern, cooperation, love, creativity, conservation, peace or compassion.We are seeing 15 species a day become extinct, the oceans may be lifeless by the year 2050, the bees are dying, we are involved in a war that has no end in sight, we are sucking the earth dry of all natural resources. Something drastic has occur. We have spread like bacteria, there are more of us than any other species on earth. It feels as if things are about to boil...... Ok now that I have that off my chest, a little about me. I am an artist to the core. A lover of beauty and nature. I am 30 years old. Spent most of my life in Dall-ass, TX. Been in Portland for 3 years now. I love it here, it doesn't matter which way you go, it's all beautimus! Had to get out of Dallas b/c of the materialism, commercialism, the baptists, country music, big hair, fake boobs, red necks and general lack of entertainment, good music, nature, compassion, or concern. This beat junkie is thrilled to have so many amazing live shows to choose from. So many crazy underground record stores and movie stores. I don't feel like such a weirdo in this scene, in fact a lot of you guys make me feel a little more normal, thanks. I am an artist, I paint, sculpt, weld, freelance make-up artist, do graphics, VJ (pleasuretek), modeling, and am crazy in good ways. I have a very twisted sense of humor, fuct up stuff makes me laugh......
