Diego Giudici was born and raised in Mendoza, a beautiful province located in central western Argentina (which also happens to be where that country’s greatest wines are produced).
As a child, he showed interest and talent playing guitar and singing, so his father, Jose, a great saxophone player from Buenos Aires, decided to send him to have guitar lessons. At the age of nine, his father began to teach him how to play the saxophone, which further enriched his experience and education as a musician (although he did not continue to play).
At thirteen, he formed his first rock band with three other teenage friends, playing bass guitar and singing lead. Since that first band experience, he has been bassist and lead vocalist of many different bands and music projects, in such genres as rock, salsa, pop, and metal. In the late 90’s, he played bass and sang lead for a Latin genre band called La Parlanta, through which he also developed his skills as a songwriter and musical arranger.
In 2002, he continued his career as a soloist, composing and arranging his own songs, which resulted in his first indie album, “Buscar en tu interior†(Search Within Yourself), which is a mix of ballads and Latin music. In 2003, he came to the U.S. looking for the opportunity to share his talent, voice and songs.
Diego Giudici is currently living in Los Angeles, where you can find him and enjoy his unique voice as you walk along the Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica...
