Phinale = FinaleMy name is Bohan Leng, I'm Asian and i'm FIFTEEN years old, I was born and raised in China until I was 11 years old and then i came to the States. Never knew my real dad but i never really cared because he got my mom pregnant and just left. I grew up with my grandparents in a very shabby town in southern China. Long story short i was first introduced to rap by a friend while we watched 8 Mile at my house. I was amazed by the lyrical content and the ability to flow showed by Eminem, and immediately i downloaded every single song of his and rap became my favorite. I never really wanted to rap for real until early 2007 when i realized, and my friends realized that i could flow and really put words together, either to tell a story or to share an experience, they said it was like poetry with a rap kind of style. So i figured why not... I started saving my own money, skipping lunch and saving birthday money, didn't really ask for much during Christmas so my parents just gave me money. I'm grateful for my parents, just putting this out there. Earlier 2008 i spent about $900 and brought home some simple recording equipments (a mic, preamp, Cubase, speakers, thats it!) and started banging out songs. At the moment i really didn't care who listened to my shit or what they thought about it, i just loved recording so i was putting out songs after songs in my school. Right now i kind of slowed down because my family had some issues, but hopefully i'll get right back up and keep writing. so i hope you like the songs, pay attention to the lyrics, thats what i'm best at, and i'm sure you'll be impressed!
