I'm always looking for the quickest and most efficient way of doing everything. This dedication, helps me better serve everyone. With all the knowledge I've gathered over the last twenty years, I'm launching a new business called Cocktails by Chris. Cocktails by Chris is a beverage catering company specializing in private parties and creating cocktail menus for bars and restaurants. Cocktails by Chris, on the management end, offers bar and beverage consulting and a proven inventory management system. This figures out food cost, liquor cost, labor cost and overall cost of operation.
