I thought that it was about time that I updated this section and so here goes..This is the page for the site www.creative-cafe.co.uk that is the project led by myself, Angela Butler. The idea is, that I create an online community for anyone and everyone. The only rule is that creativity rules ! I believe that we ALL have the ability to create within us, some of us just aren't aware of our endless capabilities. In todays world, of knife crime, gang culture and play station, children are deprived of innocence, childhood and the world of the (creative) imagination.If we all come together and join forces, then maybe, just maybe, we can change this. My motto is that 'creativity breeds creativity'. In turn, creativity produces inspiration, motivation, provokes thought, debate, challenge and controversy, which in turn brings people together.Please don't just read this, nod your head and then be on your way. Real change involves individual responsibility.From the project, I hope, will originate the UKs first magazine that will be led BY creatives, for creatives. Organic, raw, no holds barred, it will look at creativity and how (if) society affects the process of.. in the cafe, everyone is treated as an equal soul. Yes, we will talk with those that society classes as 'celebs' because they inspire and motivate through their art. But we treat them as they deserve to be treated, as talented artists, and we don't care to glamourise who is doing what/who.This project is in its infancy but I will not give up until real change is stirred.
