The concept of ‘The Edge’ was to provide the right environment for my clients from the design of the salon and its atmosphere ensuring a relaxed homely feel within eclectic mix of surroundings, deliberately avoiding the typical high tech, modern designs most salons follow.
I wanted everyone to provide a warm and relaxed atmosphere.Over the years I have established my dream team who are totally dedicated to the concept of the salonAs am employer I have never lost sight that my team also have a life away from work and accommodated their change in circumstances as the babies have came along to create that essential work/life balance.The salon has developed over the years with a number of on going alterations as the business has grown, in the future I hope to expand the frontage this will enhance the position on the high street and also accommodate ‘Art and Crafts’ to retail, showcasing the creative talents of local designers.
