I'm 23. I grew up in Wisconsin. I left shortly after my 19th birthday and headed out west to Reno, Nevada. I lived in Reno for about 4 years until I joined the army in 2005. I was in until I became pregnant with my daughter and then I seperated. I miss it a lot sometimes, but being able to watch my daughter grow up is reason enough to keep me from re-enlisting. I spent some time in Arizona after I seperated from the army, but I'm back to living in Wisconsin again. My daughter arrived on August 15.
It's been a tough year for me, but I'm doing ok, and starting to rebuild my life. I believe that we need to learn to laugh in spite of adversity. Sometimes it is easier to do that than others, but I am trying. I also don't believe in living with regrets, because everything we have done or been through has taught us something and helped shape who we are today.
I am bubbly and energetic and don't take myself too seriously. But on the flip side to that when something is serious I focus and give it the weight it deserves (like raising my daughter for example). I would be nothing without my friends, I honestly don't think I could have made it through the last year of my life without them. Thank you guys. I'm also pretty quiet until you get to know me, then I never shut up. But that's all I have to say for now.
Life takes us strange places. I think that as of May I will be relocating to Florida. It's not 100% yet. I am looking for work and trying to figure it all out. It's scary, but it's something for me.. and I don't usually make decisions for me, usually it is because of what someone else wants to needs. So this is a big step. I still have reservations because of factors in my life, but I am trusting God to lead me where He wants me to be, and where the best place is for me. It's going to be difficult, because I get a lot of help right now, but I think the struggle will be worth it. We'll see.

I think my brother said it best on his myspace site.. He wants to meet anyone who can make him a better person, and I agree. I want to meet people who are constantly challenging me to grow and become the best woman and mother than I can become. I like tons of music. I mostly listen to the radio, but I like a wide variety too. I listen to pretty much anything except for country.

I like all movies. Dramas are usually my favorite. Every once in awhile I like a romantic movie and I love a good scary movie.

My favorite show currently is Grey's Anatomy.

I love Law and Order: SVU, but it seems I'm always working when it comes on. I enjoy watching shows on history, I prefer ancient history to modern history. I like discovery health and remodeling shows. My favorite home improvement show is Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. I cry every time I watch it. But, my only must watch show is Grey's Anatomy. I'm silly like that.

Books:

I like a wide variety of books. I will read anything from the classics to the Oprah's bookclub type books. I don't like romance books or westerns in general, but there are always exceptions to every rule. My favorite modern author is Chuck Palahnuik, he wrote Fight Club. He's amazing, I love his style.

Another hero of mine is my little brother, he is by far one of the most genuine people I have ever met in my life. First, Jenara is finally rolling over. She still hasn't quite figured out the moving her arm thing, but she's getting so close. She can also take the pacifier out of her mouth and put it back in now.....

My birthday..
