Katlyn Doughty is more than just another pretty face. This Florida based singer/songwriter skipped onto the indie music scene during the early stages of 2008. Apart from her accomplishment as female vocalist for a small independent folk band Jump, Buck!, Katlyn has modestly watched the widespread success of her co-writing venture with Wisconsin based musician, Paul Hannon. With Wisdom and maturity far beyond her years, Katlyn is able to remove her listeners to a simpler time. Her voice evokes images of hand sewn quilts, warm bread, and fresh milk being stirred into tea. Amidst the strife and confusion of life, she somehow maintains a sense of childlike innocence rarely seen at all these days.
