Marcel Peter, born in Thuringia, but meanwhile settled in Prenzlau, is a local DJ and has become popular as The Original Peter. In his musical development he treaded a very typical path, as he already knew in early years, what role music was going to play in life. At about the age of 12 years it started with the melodica and continued up to the accordion. 1988 was a milestone and he adopted himself to the Techno scene. One year later he got himself his first records and it was clear to him, he had to become a DJ. His first tries as resident at the back then studio Suanne Events (2002) Approximately 2 years later, many transregional guest appearances were to follow and he decided to join FEINABSTIMMUNG EVENTS , where he still receives regular bookings from these days. With his many breathtaking sets, he build up his still existing fan base. His style extends from minimal Techno to groovy House and straight Techno. Also, he is currently working on his own tracks and hopes, those might be released sometime in future on vinyl.
