About Me

"When I was younger, I got laughed at for free. Now, people pay to laugh at me. Only in America BABY!"
When I'm not on stage doing my best to make people laugh, I'm either asleep or serving as a captain in the Alabama National Guard. I just got back from my 2nd deployment to Iraq.
I have a DVD that I am quite proud of. The DVD is 1 hour in length and contains some adult language and content, but not too much.
The self-titled DVD, Jody Fuller: The Stuttering Comic is available for $15 (includes shipping and handling) by clicking on this paypal tab
Here is a sample clip Click Here and there are some in my video section above (the ones with the flag in the background.)

Now a little about me....any questions, just ask.....
Hail from the OPL baby! Opelika, Alabama....graduate of Opelika High School and Auburn Univeristy..Commissioned Officer in the US Army (now in the guard) by way of OCS at Ft Benning, GA...Ft. Eustis, VA...Ft. Lewis, WA....a year in Iraq...then back to Ft. Lewis, which is just south of Seattle. I absolutley love the Pac-NW and will one day, once again, call it home. But first, back to Iraq! Oh joy!

In the 90's, I spent 2 years stationed in Kaiserslautern, Germany (K-Town baby!) and developed a taste for really good beer and then I was stationed in the Pac-NW for 3 years and it's the microbrewery capitol of the US, although one can still find a PBR if one looks hard enough. Personally, I don't look very hard. I'm partial to Moose Drool, Bridgeport, Widmer Bros, and Fat Tire.
I love to cook...and eat! I also have an 11 year old black lab named Chyna, who is absolutley the greatest dog in the world.
(Chyna and some guy with a meth-labby looking beard)

I enjoy traveling all over this great country of ours making folks laugh....I talk about the military, Iraq, growing up poor in the south, college, working at a drug store for 8 years; however, what makes me very unique and original, is that I stutter and tend to have a lot of fun with it! I want to focus on military installations, corporate gigs, and colleges. So hope to see you out on the road real soon!

Most folks that sutter, don't have the confidence that I do. Most are very insecure. I mean, imagine every time you open your mouth, you're being judged..every time you speak, you're being ridiculed...every time you talk, you're being mocked....in other words, imagine being President Bush! I hope to give others the confidence to follow their dreams. We do tend to judge a little too much so I definitley understand the insecurity. I just encourage everyone, regardless of flaw, because we all have them, to grab the bull by the horns and live life to the fullest.
I always get asked whether or not I stutter when I sing. Well, watch this video to find out. I must warn you though: I do suck when I sing!
