The thing is... people are always gonna judge you, no matter what you say or do. That's why it's important to be true to yourself. I'm not exactly sure of who I am right now, although I know what I'm not. Basically... I'm a work in progress. I don't do "religion", but I have my own faith in Christ. I would be completely and utterly lost without God. I sing terrible, my laugh is absolutely obnoxious and I have a slight case of OCD, although I’m really good at making people laugh, drinks and scrapbooking. I’m kind of a procrastinator, but I work really well under pressure. I have an atrocious case of road rage, but that can be remedied with a great song. I am not a photographer, but everywhere I go I take pictures...I have some really amazing friends; unfortunately, most of them live out of state. It’s really weird, this whole growing up thing...you realize that sometimes, it’s easier to make friends as a child. You can’t really walk up to some one on the first day of school and become best friends anymore. There are so many people that go through their whole lives not knowing what true friendship consists of. For those people, I feel sorry for. As with any relationship, it’s not always about you-even if you’re used to that. Any relationship requires work and putting in 100% and getting nothing in return is exhausting. These relationships are toxic, so sometimes it’s better just to move on. However, I VALUE friendship, therefore, I am truly blessed. Another blessing in my life is that I basically have the BEST boyfriend….. EVER! We just hit our official one year mark, and I’ve never been so ecstatic!!! Chris understands my every quirk, and this is no easy task! The thing I love most about him, besides that fact that he would travel to the end of the world to make me happy, is enthusiasm for anything!!! My time is consumed mostly of spending time with him, because that makes us both happy. He is definately my other half. Sometimes it's scarey how alike we are... I love how we share the same passion for randomness, like pillowfights at 3:30 in the morning!!! We l♥ve to hanging out with other couples or going on double or even triple dating excursions!!! I find some of the smallest and even childish things amusing, such as collecting Disney movies and watching them over and over, just as a child would. “The hard is what makes it great! (A League of Their Own)” Believe me, the five and a half year road to receive my B.A. degree has had many ups and downs, I can't believe that it's really over! Right now, I'm finally making time for myself. I think that I'm going to start writing poetry again...a passion that has slowly subsided, along with reinstate my interest for reading. It will be a lot easier since I don't have to read 1,000 books for school anymore. I have no tolerance for ignorant people... I should probably work on that. I just can't stand it when people only look at things in black and white. Life is more than that. Some other things that I'm working on for 2007 is definately being more POSITIVE, patient, kind and forgiving-especially with my "father". It is really hard to know some one when they have neglected you 23 years of your life. Being a better girlfriend, sibling, daughter and friend are also incorporated into my own reconstruction. I am on a new life plan to eat health(ier) as well as follow a daily routine involving exercise. Don't complain that you're fat if you do nothing about it! I'm going to start doing some volunteer work before moving down to Florida in a couple months. I still have no idea where we're exactly moving to, only the Lord knows. However, I'm really excited about all the potential that awaits Christopher and I down there. God has truly blessed me and I can't see what else He has in store for our future!
