BIRTH LIKE DEATH

Born in late 2008, Birth Like Death hit the ground running once guitarist Ryen Rahbar joined with drummer Connor White and now-former guitarist Omri. At the second practice B.L.D. ever had, they were already near completion of their first song Throne of Judgment, and soon after Pandemic was written. Shortly after, vocalist Peter Roscha was added to the fold. Even as members shift from time to time, the core of Birth Like Death only grows rapidly in strength and prowess.
Birth Like Death's music is not written to fall into one of your preconceived music categories: your "-core"s and clever prefixes have no place here except maybe to arrange our music on your iPod. Our only genre-related allegiance goes to Metal; if it makes you want to bang your head and gives your grandpa a headache, it's fuckin' metal. Simple as that. So come out to a show, and bang your head. We live and breathe music, and your support and personal enjoyment at a show are our biggest aspirations. Bring your friends, tell 'em where the metal's at. Listen to our rough demos, and brace yourself for the E.P. late 2009. Support metal!

Fuck image, we don't need long hair and an all-black wardrobe to be heavy. We play metal. Not screamo. We don't listen to screamo, we don't like it either. Fuck off.]
