Click here to make your own!Andre Morris, also known as DJ KAOTIC was born and raised in Jersey City, NJ on Dwight St...BORN AND RAISED....As a child he excelled in all of his classes, earning the second highest GPA in his elemmentary school. During his years in grade school, Kaotic joined the school band where he played the saxaphone and drums, and was also recruited to participate in the Art Tal. Class. He usually played the lead roles in all of the school plays, once playing Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. in the play "Let Freedom Ring," After he earned the Salutatorian award in grade school, Kaotic attended McNair Academic High School, which was awarded top honors in the NJ MAG., being recognized as the highest scoring high School in the State. In Academic, Kaotic became one of the most popular students, started for the school basketball team, and performed in every talent show that the school organizations had. During his high school years, he attracted the company of four students much like hisself that he had known since the 7th grade. The group formed an alliance called 5 Pound, which later served as the name for their production company. After High school, dj Kaotic attended Seton Hall University where he mastered the craft of dj'ing and pimping(lol but not laughing). After Seton Hall University, he went on to work for the Mayor's office of JERSEY CITY. There he served as a special event coordinator and Supervisor of the Division of Cultural Affairs. While working for the Mayor's office, Kaotic planned all of the Mayor's Events and facilitated two concert series. Some of you in the Jersey City area may know these concerts as "Jazz at the Pier @ Exchange Place" and " Summerfest at Liberty State Park". He had the opportunity to book such acts as "The Harlem Rennaissance Orchestra", "Ambrosia feat. The Project/Chops," "Jimmy Sturr Orchestra," Glen Vargas, Barbara Sharpe, Bucky Pizzerli and More..! He also got the opportunity to work with the first Black Mayor elect in Jersey CIty, Mayor Glenn D. Cunningham!! Although he is not known for spinning in the hottest NY night clubs yet, Dj Kaotic is known in many local areas within the Tri State Area.
