The Roc Music Group was formed in Rochester, New York in 2003 by Paulie Walnutz, Grand Tone, Bass, Celetra, Battle Roy and DaVec. This production company exists first and foremost to produce and sell quality, well produced, original songs. We also believe strongly in the vast amount of local talent and have committed ourselves to developing, empowering, and providing opportunities for aspiring singers, rappers, songwriters, producers and businesspersons.
