In 1985 i started drumming and took lessons once a week for 8 years. After some years of playing different music-styles, at the age of 17 i found my way to metal.
After gathering some metal-experience with two of my best friends, i was asked to join the band "Thirdmoon". I took the chance and in 2000 i recorded my first album "bloodforsaken" (released on napalm records) followed by numerous concerts and a tour with the german band "Eisregen". In 2001 i recorded "Sworn enemy: heaven" which wasn't released until 2004.
At that time i had to give up playing drums to do a re-orientation in my job. During this time i helped Thirdmoon-mastermind Wolfgang Rothbauer recording "Stillborn rebirth" for his project "In Slumber", which was meant to be a solo-album that time.
2006 i started playing again for "Cremation", but stopped after about 2 years for personal reasons. Instead i joined "Thirdmoon" as a drummer again, but mostly to support the band recording new albums and to play a few concerts.
