I am a female, and I'm 21 years old . Ive been listening to death/black metal for over 10 years. So grown women listen to it too, not just girls. And for Ymmo who stated "If you're from USA, however, beware, because people there think they're metalheads if they listen to avenged sevenfold, trivium or bullet for my valentine. It makes me mad that you would even state something so ignorant like that. First off, I don't even listen to ANY of those bands! Just cause people live in different parts of the world doesn't make them MORE metal then others. And some of the bands you mention, I have not even heard, you know why? Because I DON'T listen to radio! Im sure they play all that garbage YOU seem to know and mention on the radio. METALHEAD?
