Amanda Lynn Marsh is a country/pop/rock singer/songwriter living on a farm in the heart of Southern California. She lives with her large, musical family raising chickens, pigs, goats and horses. Amanda and her younger brother, Travis, who is also her guitarist, write and record songs at their home studio on the farm everyday. She started singing at the age of 5 and later traveled with a children’s country music singing group called “Fresh Chances for America.†After performing in numerous musicals, open mics and winning singing competitions, Amanda realized one of her lifelong dreams and traveled to Nashville, TN, which is where her grandmother was originally from. While in Nashville, Amanda met Grammy award winning songwriter Gary Nicholson and recorded one of his songs, “Love Will Get a Hold of You.†She recorded at Reba’s Starstruck Studios with a dream team band made up of the musicians that played on most of Amanda’s favorite records. Back at home in California, the Legendary Jeff “Skunk†Baxter of the Doobie Brothers and Steely Dan played pedal steel and guitar on Amanda’s original songs, “Everyday†and “Be Where You Are.†Bruce Kulick of KISS co-produced and played on the songs as well. Stay tuned for new music and new shows!
