LET THEM PUMP
GAS is not being run by an activist, politician, tree hugger, hippie, or someone trying to shut down gas companies by not using one specific station (>snicker<). We won’t be asking you not to pump gas on certain days or encourage you to be jerks to gas station attendants and owners... That’s just silly.
LET THEM PUMP GAS is being run by a group of average people living a life probably similar to yours, driving a 4-cylinder Mazda and STILL paying about $70 to fill up!
We all hear reports on the news constantly about “Fuel Crisis!†“Gas on the Rise†“Where Will They Stop?†Amid reports of that nature, and on the other side of the spectrum, we see fuel companies reporting $11 billion profit a quarter.
We are not whining and complaining about the situation... we are merely asking: WHY!? Why are we paying now and for the past few years more for gas and fuel than ever before when anyone and everyone knows there are ways to change it.

You are not stupid... I am not stupid. We know better. That’s all we are trying to say. We are not getting political or anything... we are just going on logic here... if help is needed and you have the means, you do it. So why aren't people being helped with this situation when everyone is in need?
We have established that the entire world is frustrated with this situation, what are we looking to do about it? Instead of whining, complaining, and hugging every tree we see, we offer a much simpler solution to get our point accross: T-shirts.
When we were building this concept, one of our creative partners in our agency came out with something pretty funny... but very true. She said: “People really hate the gas prices, but they sure do love t-shirts!†After a moment of laughter and then dead silence we came to the conclusion that she was absolutely right.
