Competitive Advantage is a web-based personal training system that creates workouts, outlines what supplements to take, and what foods to eat to help you reach your fitness goals.Like a good personal trainer, our programs are designed specifically for you, and your progress is tracked to keep workouts challenging which is vital to maintaining and sustaining muscular growth. Upon completion of a client profile form, your workout program is sent to you via email (either .pdf or .xls format) and you can print your workout off and bring it with you to the gym, or download it to your PDA phone.
