Omnitah

Omnitah was born in Sweden. She grew up in a Hungarian family of musicians. When she was three years old she started to play the violin and the piano and at the age of four she was on stage for her first time. Later on she took part in many concerts and contests as “Jugend musiziert” for example and others. When she was only 17 years old she moved from Sweden to Salzburg on her own and studied at the famous academy “the Mozarteum” the violin and the piano. A short time before passing her diploma Omnitah decided to leave the Mozarteum because it was the greatest dream of her life to become a singer.
By and by she felt the desire to create her own music and so she started to compose songs and at the same time she learned in an autodidacted way how to arrange songs. In short time a considerable number of was created. Her first CD “Rules of Love” come into the market in the year 2000. In 2005 her CD “Bonsoir Mademoiselle” was published and in 2006 her CD “Diary of a Gipsy was available.
Omnitah: “I didn..t accept quite a lot of offers which tried to make an object of art of me. I always try to listen to my heart..s desire. As an artist it is the most important thing for me to keep my personality. I don..t let other people change me, for me music is the most important thing in my life and in addition I do want to reach the people..s heart! Unfortunately this aspect of life is often repressed within our society. Scamping on the stage in a seminude way like many other artists do is not my way of life.”
Since 1996 Omnitah has composed and also written more than 150 songs. She has the main responsibility in regard to the arrangements of Thomas Busse..s CD..s and she has already arranged three CD..s of him. As time went by she has also become a very successful studio singer. In 2006 she has sung the theme melody for the film “Petterson and Findus” and also for the TV series. You can also hear her solo vocal for the Walt Disney movies “The Fox and the Hound 2, the TV series “Phineas & Ferb” and “ Tarzan & Jane” and so on.
Since 2003 she accompanies Thomas Busse, the balladeer during his tours which leads them to Germany, Austria and Zwitzerland. She accompanies him as a singer, as a violinist and as a pianist. The focal point in regard to her career are here concertinos.
Omnitah: “Sometimes I have got the feeling that I am on a great adventure trip, which never stops. I will always follow the way where my heart goes and I will go on step by step. I think when I have arrived from my adventure trip I will miss the trip, because that is what makes me feel happy most of all. The development and the creation of music is the most exciting and the most beautiful thing in the world for me. “
