About Me

Archaic Eclipse originaly started off in the fall of 2004 when Dustin Wake (vocals) and Chris Hayes (Lead Guitarist) both left their current bands in order to create a melodic metal band, "Wolven Skys". The band went through more than 17 members before despanding in mid 2006. In early 2007, Dustin and Chris began writing new music and searching members for a new band. In the summer of 2007 John Tetreault was recruited to drums and Archaic Eclipse was formed as Dustin (guitarist, Vocalist, Keyboards), Chris (Guitarist, Vocalist) and John (Drums). Until the end of the year, the band tried out basists with no luck. As a trio, Archaic Eclipse began writing and recording "In Fields of Morning Frost". In late June John Tetreault left Archaic Eclipse to attend college in California, leaving Chris and Dustin to record "In Fields of Morning Frost" themselves. In August of 2008, Archaic Eclipse recruited two new members, Randy Littlefield (Guitarist) and Joe Boletero (Drums). On Septemeber 1st of 2008, the band released their first demo "In Fields of Morning Frost". In May of 2009 Lance was recruited as Bassist.
