Atlanta Boxer Rescue is a non-profit organization that strives to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home unwanted and abandoned Boxers within the greater Atlanta area as well as providing education to pet owners. We work to inform people about the realities of pet guardianship, promote spaying/neutering, and encourage responsible care of the Boxer to enhance the lives of pet owners and their companion animals. Atlanta Boxer Rescue is in the process of obtaining 501(c)3 charitable status.

If you are interested in adopting a Boxer in Atlanta, you've come to the right place. Take a moment to learn about the Boxer breed , including some of its history. When you are ready to move forward, familiarize yourself with everything you need to know before you adopt . We will strive to support your adoption to make it a success for you and your new Boxer friend. All of our Boxers have had a check-up with a veterinarian, been spayed or neutered, and brought up-to-date on vaccinations. We have also done our best to evaluate our Boxers for temperament, socialization, and house-breaking.
We are also looking for great volunteers to help us. If you are interested in being a Foster home for a Boxer in need, thank you! The number of Boxers that we can save depends on the number of willing volunteers like you. Please be sure to complete our Foster Application .
We have a lot of resources to help you. Sign up for our newsletter called Boxer Briefs, contact us about any questions or concerns you might have, or seek pet loss support if you've lost your Boxer friend.
We can't do this without you, so please be sure to consider a donation today.
Thank you for your support!
