She might be a newcomer to the solo scene, but don’t think for a minute that Ally Cupcake doesn’t know what she’s doing. After years of fronting various projects, most notably Atlanta band The Soundtrack, the California-raised Alabama-based singer is just getting started. At 23, Ally Cupcake has been singing and performing as long as she can remember. With years of training and experience in choirs, musical theater and, of course, fronting rock bands, it only makes sense for Ally to finally realize her full artistic vision of forging her career as a solo artist.

Ally’s stage show can best be described as energetic. Her feisty persona is perfectly complimented by her obvious passion and dedication for her craft. Ally’s rock star dreams are balanced by her down to earth and accessible personality; just because she can play shows in stilettos doesn’t mean that Ally can’t just as easily blend in as one of the boys. She doesn’t just want to take over the music industry; she wants to take over the whole world and she’ll start by winning people over one by one with each and every performance.

With her debut EP, Talk of the Town, coming later this summer and extensive tour plans for the fall and winter, Ally Cupcake is just warming up. As her first solo output, Ally will finally get to wholly express her musical style and vision in a way like never before. Ally Cupcake has big plans for the future and she wants you to be a part of them.
