Whats there to say. I am in my early twenties and currently employed as a pastry chef in nyc. I one day aspire to become a Saucier, thats a chef who specializes in sauces for all you cro magnons. I currently live on Long Island in a small home, some call it a shack, i call it a humble abode. I live alone, well not completely alone, there are Cleveland and Simon, my two pet hamsters ( they, however, are old and most assuredly will expire soon) I have no family, they were all killed in a tragic accident happening at our 25th annual family reunion. I, thankfully or unthankfully, was unable to attend that years reunion, as I was a newly found Chef in New York, and most definitely could not miss out on the Restaurant's , to which i was just hired, opening night.
