About Me

I enjoy writing as a hobby. Thus far that is all it is, hopefully one day my writing will become more. My blogs include but are not limited to self reflections, traveling and exploration, political opinion, and oddball comedy. Basically, a look into my mind, heart, and soul.

More About Me:
I am patient yet persistent. A balanced Northwest attitude with a California lifestyle. Always on my feet, I stay spontaneous yet responsible. I believe strongly in moderation and balance. Most know me to be far from conservative, yet I am fairly traditional when it comes to treating my lady. My mother could be described as a feminist who taught me to respect and nurture women. Communication and trust is key in any friendship. Being able to depend is essential in life, yet we all need some independence. I am an educator in the public school system. My passion is multiculturalism. I have a passion for teaching the beauty of diversity and the power of ethnic unity. My short term professional goal is to inspire our youth to embody the ganas to aim high and strive for maximum achievement.
Never let a day settle without taking a positive step forward.
Travel:
As I child my parents exposed me to a large dose of the great outdoors. Looking through old photo albums I can spot my pregnant mother standing bellow a mammoth Redwood. This gives me the right to say, I have been camping before I was born. My father would tug us along journeys stretching as far north as Banff and Jasper, Canada’s greatest National Forests. Exploring within the states, a few of our travels included the Grand Tetons, Mount Rushmore, the not so Great Salt Lake, the breathe taking Grand Canyon, and a dusty piece of western history, Tombstone. The two most memorable locations in this country have been Glacier and Death Valley. In many ways these places have been a home away from home. The all time greatest adventure was Yellowstone in the winter. With the only way around being skies and a snowmobile, it became a winter bliss.
So share with me, what kind of explorations have you been on?
The Vitals of a Sagittarius:
Sagittarius is symbolized by the Archer. Impulsive and inquisitive, needing travel and constant exposure to new foods, people, landscapes and things to do. Change is one thing that must be present; they are a truth-seeker, and will go to the ends of the earth to find answers!
The sign of the Archer rules the House of Philosophy. These versatile and charming folks enjoy taking a long drink from the cup of life. Sagittarian candor is only matched by the need for independence. A true friend who can go toe-to-toe with the discerning Archer, spells pure bliss as a partner. Mental stimulation can be as exciting as the sexual kind for Sagittarians, and if conversation is honest and open, things will continue to develop and grow.
