The Company is a cover band consisting of 5 world class musicians with established reputations,
who have gotten together to do what they love the most – play music and have fun while sharing it with the audiences all around.
The band is self-contained and affordable, carries its own sound gear and will make any occasion more enjoyable.
We cover versatile styles of music to meet your needs: R&B, Jazz, Funk, Classic Rock, Blues, and Oldies.
For extra edge we can add a horn section to the band and can also feature a Grammy nominee timbalero extraordinaire Edgardo Cintron for some Latin flavor.
We’ll make it as big as you want or as small as you need!
THE BAND MEMBERS:
Joe “Stretch†Vinson
Band Leader / Guitar / Vocals / Producer
Styles: R&B, Funk, Rock, Jazz, Latin Jazz etc.
Stretch has been in the music business over 30 years now. Born in Camden, NJ, he started as a self-taught
guitar player at age 9 and by the age of 14 was well on his way to begin a career. Had played and traveled
the world with some of the very well known recording acts like
The Ebony’s, Sal Soul Orchestra, Billy Paul,
Cintron, and Harold Melvin and The Blue Notes, to mention a few. Constantly stays busy playing and recording with local groups also.
David “Waggz†Wagner
Lead & Backing Vocals
Styles: R&B, Funk, Pop, and Jazz.
David is from Camden, NJ and has been performing with several local groups for quite some time now.

Known as a “Ladies man†with an amazing vocal range Waggz brings energy, style and a little pizzazz to the band.
Ajodah 'Symphony In Disguise'

All the way from his 1965 concert appearance at the world's fair to his recent winning effort about one of his musical productions on the nationally televised show
The People's Court Show Ajodah has proven to be one of the great innovators of musical art. He has been in the music business for over 30 years and is highly skilled classically accomplished pianist
with original songs numbering into the hundreds. Ajodah also is a producer and performer of any given style of music,
and has arranged top notch versions of the covers he has done over the past decade with quite a number of groups...
whether it's Steely Dan or the Yellow Jackets, Latin hit's or the Sound of Philadelphia, his authenticity and
theatrical performance style from behind his keys pronounces his presence wherever he plays or sings.
Toby Johnson
Drums / Songwriter / Arranger
Styles: R&B, Rock/Pop, Jazz, Fusion, Reggae, and Gospel
Toby is from Philadelphia, PA and has more then 20 year long musical career. He has worked with numerous recording
groups including
Chubby Checker, Evelyn “Champagne†King, the Force MD’s, Change, and The Gabriel Hardeman Delegation,
to name a few. Toby also performs with several local groups, and has traveled extensively from coast to coast,
including 5 continents. He also shares his talents by teaching students at an afterschool music program – Canaan Institute of Arts.
Craig “Spank†Hodges
Bass / Entertainer / Manager / Producer
Styles: R&B, Funk, Jazz, Latin Jazz, etc.
Spank is originally from Philadelphia, PA and has been playing music for most part of his life. His influences are
The Brothers Johnson, Anthony Jackson, Earth, Wind, And Fire, and Chick Corea. Spank has traveled the world with such groups
like
Intruders, The Tramps, Delfonics, Chuck Jackson, McFadden & Whitehead, Barbara Mason, and Billy Paul to name a few,
he’s been performing throughout South America and Europe for the last several years.
