Based in western Sydney, the Existence is a melodic, modern-pop rock 4-piece outfit that finally through much adversity and personnel changes are set to release their debut EP entitled ‘Twisted Fables’.
The verb ‘Exist’ means exactly ‘to have life or be real’ and what better description to use to express the music The Existence produces.
The music is a complimentary reflection of just this.
The Existence music is just that- real and genuine and covers a mix of musical genres and ideas. Every track encapsulates what it is to feel something and find meaning through rock music.
The band is all about the music it creates as an art and aims to reach out to as many people as possible. If only one person is reached and they find something in the music then the band has completed its mission.
The Existence creates music for one simple reason and that is that the band really believe in what they do and the messages they try to send.
Recorded during April 2008 were 9 songs, of which 6 appear on the EP ‘Twisted Fables’.
