*Let me start out by saying I really and truly, from the bottom of my heart, appreciate all the love and support that I have found in so many of you……whether it be my personal friends and family or the new friends, fans and artists that feel my music…..you are the reason I keep going and doing this. *For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Jami Rae. I am a singer/songwriter out of Kansas City, Missouri. I am currently wrapping up my 1st album, "Autumn Skye".

*So, yes my name is Jami Rae....on stage and off, that is my real name. I'm a real person with a very caring heart. I am one woman, behind one and only one Myspace page...just created a backup page - www.myspace.com/jamiraeautumnskye ...just trying to find some cool people to talk to and see what people think about my music.

*About me?………I am not patient. I'm loud. I'm not judgemental....I have learned from my mistakes. I am very independent. I do not tolerate immaturity or ignorance very well, but I am trying to learn how to, since there seems to be a shortage of wisdom in the world. ; ) I am sexy and curvy, but could use a personal trainer to tone up! LOL I have recently grown to love myself more and gained confidence in myself and I know that, even with my flaws/insecurities, I am beautiful, inside and out. I am very smart, but love to just be stupid sometimes!! I love a challenge, but I can also be lazy. I cherish the friends I have, but they are few because people are faulty and I don’t trust easily. I love my family very much, even though we are all very different, while always remaining so much alike.

*I love to sing and even more, I love to write. I like to have fun with my music, but I am also passionate about my writing. I am inspired and motivated to write about things that people relate to….the issues we all face daily and the emotions we have to deal with in life. Music is powerful….it can make you feel larger than life, sexy as hell or make you cry like a baby…but music is therapy and everyone needs it. So lay down on my couch.....

*In closing, I am real enough to let you know that I am not where I would like to be, but taking steps in the right direction to get there. I am NOT perfect, nor would I want to be....I would probably annoy myself more than I do now! =D Just remember that there are things you will love about me and things you will hate, but no matter what you think......it's just Jami Rae. All I can be is me.
