I like anything to do with The Hobbit or The Lord of the Rings, and anything to do with Ireland. I love "Hobbit-holes"...the homes hobbits live in. I'd just love to live in a place like that...a nice cozy hobbit-hole in Ireland...quite nice! I love to make jewelry, especially that made in the celtic style. I wear green most days, as this is my favourite colour. It makes no difference to me the shade of green...just so long as it IS green! I also take an interest in ghosts. I saw the ghost of my grandfather once...just about shook me out o' me skin! I like to talk like a hobbit would talk, which sometimes earns me odd glances from folks 'round about me, but that's ok. It's all for fun! And good clean fun it is, too!
When my time on this lovely rock is through, I will be sure to be meetin' Jesus, for 'tis true...He's my Lord and Saviour!I would also like to meet Ronan Tynan, Robin Mark and the guys from Celtic Thunder...they are ALL of them talented singers indeed!!
My musical interests are quite varied, indeed. I love Christian music, especially celtic christian music, such as that sung by Robin Mark. Also, I quite fancy celtic uilleann pipe music...so beautiful, indeed! I also fancy music by Ronan Tynan...and I have recently become a HUGE fan of Celtic Thunder as well, especially that sung by Keith Harkin and Damian McGinty. Might I suggest that you take a gander at Keith's MySpace page and have a listen to his solo music. He's quite good, if I do say so myself, which of course I just did! Celtic Thunder is trying to get their music played on radio stations all over the US. You can help make that happen by clicking on the link below for Clear Channel radio and listening to "Lauren & I" (written by Keith Harkin, by the way) ALL THE WAY THROUGH...if you don't listen to it all the way through, it doesn't count as a play. Thanks!UPDATE: Thursday, June 26, 2008 - Lauren & I has entered the Top 40 songs on Clear Channel! PLEASE...keep clicking on the link below! THANKS SO MUCH!!!!!
The Hobbit (the animated version as the live version is not yet available), The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Riverdance - the show, Celtic Thunder - the show as seen on PBS, and other various movies having to do with Ireland.
Murder She Wrote, Midsummer Murders, Ghost Hunters, A Haunting (as seen on the Discovery Channel).
The Holy Bible, of course! Best book in all the world!I also fancy The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings Trilogy.
Jesus Christ (my Lord and Saviour), and my hubby Bolo (he's my love, my soulmate and my best friend...aw they just don't make 'em like him anymore!)
