page looks best with firefox. ;)
The very FIRST fan made page for David Cook fans in the UK!
It can get pretty annoying for us not being able to buy all the magazines, watch his appearances on our TV sets and whatnot (well, for now anyway) ... so this page is for all us seriously deprived people!
The goal is to keep you up to date with what's going on, and fill you in on what is available to us in the UK (e.g. magazines, downloads, where to watch the appearances online, etc)
If we're really lucky, maybe David will visit us in the UK (there is a Europe forum set up on his site after all... hmmmmmm... )
Add this page to your friends list ;)
THIS PAGE IS IN NO WAY AFFILIATED WITH DAVID COOK

David Cook is a versatile musician from Kansas City, Missouri, USA who has a 10 year history in music. From 1999-2006, he was the lead singer, guitarist and songwriter of the band Axium. After graduating from the University of Central Missouri and Axium disbanded, unwilling to give up on music David moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma and began singing back-up vocals, playing guitar and bass guitar for the Midwest Kings. In 2006 he also released an independent solo album entitled Analog Heart which won an award for the "Best Locally Produced Independent Album" in Urban Tulsa Weekly's "Absolute Best Of Tulsa". The album was also chosen as the fourth best CD released in 2006 by website Music Equals Life.
In 2007, David completed recording his 2nd solo album just as American Idol kicked off. With no intention of becoming a contestant on the show, he went to the auditions to support his younger brother, Andrew, but ultimately ended up trying out himself. Week after week, David brought originality and integrity to American Idol, creating unique arrangements of other artist's songs and making them his own. Some of his most successful include Mariah Carey's Always Be My Baby and Lionel Richie's Hello. David gained the respect of viewers, fellow artists, and the judges by stretching the boundaries. He won the show in May 2008.
David is scheduled to release his self-titled debut album [with a major record label] on November 18th 2008.
