Hi and thanks for stopping by my site. I’m a singer-songwriter-composer, as well as a television director-producer-writer. Rhythm is great, too, but for me melody and harmony can't be sacrificed for a groove. Anyway, that’s how I try to write. I was previously signed to Warner Bros. Records. I spent many years playing the Los Angeles and British music scenes and have been in and out of Europe for many years, too. Now I’m in Berlin, Germany where I gig solo, with a couple of duos and with my five-piece band. It’s great. Each situation lets me express myself in a different way.I like the possibilities technology has provided songwriters like myself and appreciate great musicianship.I try to stay on top of what’s popular at the moment but find I spend less and less time listening to radio rock, pop and folk. I’m more interested in music played by people I know or have met. Right now Ramesh Weeratunga, Robert Williams, John Vaughan, Michael Friedman, Bright Blue Gorilla and Paul Fogerty are among them. My last CD is called Chameleon and is available on Bluebird-Café Berlin Records or at CD Baby. Having said all that, half the time I don’t listen to music at all, rather the news.
