An inseparable couple, they shunned the social politics of Hollywood, remaining steadfastly devoted to each other as Hopalong Cassidy took Boyd to unparalleled fame. After his death in 1972, Grace chose not to re-marry, opting instead to immerse herself in the study and teaching of T’ai Chi Ch’uan, oil painting and extensive volunteer work.
