I am part of an organization in which members take a part of their day to live their lives exactly as their favourite soap opera characters. My character is Dr. David Hayward from ABC's All My Children. Each day from 1:00 - 4:00 in the afternoon I am a brilliant cardiologist whose controversial experimental drug research has resulted in both the accolades of my esteemed colleagues and several run-ins with Police Chief Derek Frey. As David, I frequently encounter moral and ethical dilemmas that affect my professional, familial, and romantic life. But despite the daily storm and stress, I can always find solace in my secluded cabin, absorbed in my research, or by enjoying a cocktail at the Valley Inn Lounge.
