First I played the piano, then I played the flute, then I played the drums. then i wanted to be a singer but I wasn't very good and no-one would give me any beats. So I decided to learn how to make them myself.
I went to music college, decided I didn't want to be a singer anymore but instead make beats for other people. Then everyone in my class thought I was weird cos I made these ragga-electro-grime beats that they couldn't quite catergorise, but my teachers thought it was great.
We had to hand in 5 finished tracks as my end of year project and as I was making this crazy weirdness no-one wanted to do the vocals for me. So I did my own. Everyone seemed to like it, strangely. I didn't think my songs about pouring coffee at Starbucks and smoking spliffs were that genius.
Anyway, I became GoldieLocks - The Artist. Somehow I got the same manager as Kate Nash, and a publishing deal. My roots are still in production, hence this page. Have a listen to the stuff I made for other people and some of my remixes.
If you give me money I'll make u a banger too.
