JAMES BROWN - RIP - (Finally! Things are settled! How long has it been!?!) Time to step into the "Wayback Machine" and set it for June of 1964. One of the first shows that Tom and I went to was a James Brown concert. For two 17 year old surfer types, it was quite the experience. Over the years we have seen him perform a number of times. About 10 years ago, after a MR.BIG show at the Roxy in L.A. We had the pleasure of meeting him next door at the Rainbow Room. (:|:) While in Vegas for Miss Justine's 21st birthday, we saw Prince at Club 3121. We were up against the stage! OMG!!! I could have touched him! .... Now, TTD, I DID touch him! .... I vibrated! .... For now, I'll be out on the porch sippin' "my" lemonade, thinking about my quest, collecting as many versions of "HOOCHIE COOCHIE MAN" as I can.
Right now I'm looking for a "live" version done by the Doors in Paris. .... *(:|:)*(:|:)*(:|:)*(:|:)* .... (03.10.09) Grandma Dorothy's 85th birthday! .... (03.27.09) T & A's 45th anniversary! .... *(:|:)*(:|:)*(:|:)*(:|:)* This Years FULL MOON event will be JUNE 6th . Get ready to RAMBLE! .... *(:l:)*(:l:)*(:l:)*(:l:)* .... (08.21-26.09) T & A's 63rd birthday!
