We are Nicole and Lauren and we run Funk 'N' Fusion Magazine. We're a music-oriented magazine and have officially gotten everything up and running. Issues 1 and 2 were a great success, however, we are on a type of "printing hiatus" for the next few months. TELL YOUR FRIENDS TO ADD US! We can't get this thing going without some support. So post bulletins, comments, etc. :) Keep us updated on any new bands you find, CDs you like, or anything of that sort. Let us know when you're going to a concert/show for possible interview opportunities or even just a concert review! If we do feature an article by you in our magazine, you will definitely receive that issue for free. However, understand that we cannot pay anyone because of postage/printing costs and whatnot. But we would really love your contributions! If you are contributing, make sure to send all finalized work to [email protected]! Also, if you take photos at shows and think you have some really good ones, send them our way! We'll feature some photos in the magazine as well :) Comment us with any suggestions you have of what we should include in our magazine. We'd love your input!

This magazine is just as much about you as it is about us as it is about artists that we feature. So, we would like to reach out and give you, yes you, the opportunities to contribute to the website. You can do this in the following ways:
Writers: If you enjoy writing, and are good at it, please let us know! We are always looking to post new album/show/band reviews on the website. You will receive full credit, and it does not hurt for a resume to have published work.
Photographers: If you take good photos at shows, please let us know. We have an entire page dedicated to photos on our site and we would love to post your work there.
Interviews: Keep us posted whenever you are going to a show. We would love to try and set you up to interview any of your favorite bands. If you have previously done interviews but for no particular publication, do not hesitate to send them our way. We would love to publish them on our site.
Any ideas, suggestions, or other thoughts, please shoot us a message. We look forward to hearing from all of you!
