RIPPED OFF ? Should ISP pay music royalty fees?

I am here for Serious Relationships

About Me

We are hard working muso's and could give "all about us" but that's not what this page is aboutThis site is about trying to find a solution that could assist the artist, songwriters, the music industry organisations that depend on music, and also the public that loves to hear music and gets some benefit from it. Music is a part of most peoples lives, it is a therapy in many ways whether it be a feeling of happiness, relaxation, memories, or motivation. Doctors, masseuse, and all other therapists charge for their profession. The writers of music work equally as hard over a period of months to create a piece of music that is also a therapy in a kind of way to someone, and so it should be paid for when used.If your music is played on tv, radio, in clubs, hotels, shopping centres, or airports etc you are payed a royalty fee for this as these organisations pay annual fees! Why are ISP's not paying these fees - do they not supply entertainment as well? Is it too hard for them, surely they are smarter than that, they are in the technology business! Should they not be charged because many people use the internet and dont use it for music? Are there not many people who use TV, radio, clubs, hotels, shopping centres, airports etc not there for the music? Come on, there are many poor excuses why ISP's do not pay fees but couldnt everybody else use that same reason? We hope to get as many of you as possible to join this site and leave your comments and thoughts on this subject. Also if you have a solution, please let it be heard as your solution maybe the one that could change things and resolve the problemThe power of music and rhythm has always been a part of tribal influences thousands of years before our time and this remains to day. So let the power of music use the forces of technology to assist it in its growth and not spoil it

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

All artists, songwriters, performers, record companies, and their support industries that would like to contribute and stand up for their due. Also anyone who is not a part of the above who understands and appreciates what is happening to the incomes of these writers and would like to assist them. The organisations that are based on the music industry and create their networth and incomes from the music industry. The internet organisations that probably will not leave any comments on this subjectIndustries that could supply statistics and information that could be legally supplied on this site that would assist the "fix" of the problem
