The difference between cooking in a retaurant and home is you have people to do all the prep (cutting, slicing, soups, sauces, ect.) for you. It also helps to have BIG money and a chef in the house too. I really hate fo-hawks. It's not because I'm bald and can't do it, they just look dumb. I also hate all these stupid cooking shows on these days. No realism, that's not what happens in my kitchen, or any kitchen I've ever been in. All though I do like Hells Kitchen. I laugh. They're Chefs who don't know how to 8 piece a chicken? How did they become Chefs? Can't flip an egg ? W.T.F? Forget sauce? Your fired!!!! I've worked with plain old cooks who cook better than what I've seen there. They look like they couldn't stand in a real kitchen. WHAT EVER!!!!!
