I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

I am 28 year old Filipino American. I came to the US back 1983 and have loved every minute of it. I have gone back to the mother land on few occasions but only for a visit. I love the out doors and traveling. My day revolves around food. If it was not for the Army I would be the size of a cow. I am currently in the US Army stationed in Germany deployed to Iraq. I am a pretty easy going guy. There has to be something really wrong for me to go off the deep end. I do not just talk to randum people cause I never know what to say to start a conversation. There has been a miss conception that I am a very angry person. I am not once you get to know me.I love music and watching old movies. My real joy is teaching and being a parent. There is nothing more rewarding than watching your kids discover the world and making you realize how much more life has to offer. My experiences in the Army have taken me from the Rockies to Asia, Washinton State, Germany, and now Iraq. I cant say that I have loved every minute of it but I cant say I have regreted the choice of staying in. I am a large fan of history and some sciences. My friends and my family are at the forefront of my existance. If it was not for them I would not have made it this far.

My Interests

I love music. I have been exposed to everything from Frank Sinatra to Poison when I was a child. I love to sing because I primarily can't really tell someone how I feel so it's an easy way to express my feelings and thoughts. Also it has been a life long gift that my dad gave when he sat me down when I was a young boy and showed me how to sing. But other than that I love to try new things especially food. It's the only way to expand my views. I can't really grown if I don't put myself out there and learn different cultures, relgions, and lifestyles. With that being said I am also a big fan of History. One who does not know what mistakes they have made is dommed to repeat it.

I'd like to meet:

Anyone who has made a difference. MLK, JFK, Mother Teresa, FDR, Washington etc..
