Well, there's not a whole lot to it... I was born and raised in Austin. Like so many other fine folks from that lazy river town, I fell in love with the home grown sound that beckoned from behind the swingin' doors. I took to singing and writing songs and got tangled up in the lines of a devilishly talented troubadour every now and again. It seems Lady Luck blew me a kiss because I found myself recording, writing and playing with some of the best souls the world has ever known...made me believe in angels. It's been a spell since I first got the spirit for it. The world kept on spinning, Austin got big and noisy and I, being a wild seed, began to feel a pull but I wasn't sure from where. It became clear as spring water in early July when New Orleans called me home. It's right where I belong. So, you'll find me singing and doing my thang on the other side of the mighty Mississippi from now on. May smiles and sunshine find you well.
